Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is 31 August 2008;
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over;
3. Only one entry per household is permitted;
4. Customers must complete and submit a competition entry form via www.visitscotland.com/adventure;
5. Employees of VisitScotland/visitscotland.com, Flying Fever, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible to enter;
6. Entries must not be sent in through agencies or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid;
7. No cash alternative will be offered;
8. The promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the competition;
9. The winners will be the first entry drawn by VisitScotland under independent supervision;
10. The winners will be notified by email/post;
11. The winners names will be available after by enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and writing to VisitScotland Adventure Competition, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh EH6 6JH;
12. The promoter of this draw is VisitScotland, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh EH6 6JH (entries should not be sent to this address);
13. VisitScotland's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into;
14. This competition is only open to UK and Ireland entrants.
