Christian residential adventure centre within Cairngorms National Park. Multi-activity holidays and courses for groups, schools, churches, families, businesses and individuals.

Comfortable accommodation for up to 84 people in the main house and four adjacent Abernethy Chalets.

Conference facilities and packages, including meeting lounges, 120 seat auditorium and team building activities.

Great sport and leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, squash court, tennis court and sports hall.

Year round activities, on and off site, including rock climbing, mountain biking, coasteering, archery, skiing, snowboarding, zip wire, canoeing, kayaking and sailing. Multi activity holidays, summer camps, school residentials, activity breaks, youth weekends and training courses.

Explore Scotland's beautiful coastline in our sea kayaks, with expert tuition from qualified instructors.

Expeditions - We run sea-kayaking trips throughout year, but are very happy to organise bespoke expeditions and training events for you. See our website for details.

School Residential Weeks - Safe and enjoyable multi-activity weeks for schools - our friendly and patient instructors will ensure your pupils have a positive and exciting experience whatever the time of year.

Multi-Activity Weekends - It's amazing how much you can pack into an Abernethy Adventure weekend! 1 or 2 days of exciting outdoor activities tailored to your group's needs and abilities.

Summer Adventure Holidays - Multi-Activity holidays for unaccompanied young people aged 10 - 18+. A full week of exciting adventures on water and dry land.

Snowsports Holidays - Skiing and Snowboarding breaks in Scotland with full equipment, instruction and lift pass included. Our prices are hard to beat!

Mountain Biking - With an onsite skills trail including jumps and northshores, as well as access to some of Scotland's best mountain biking areas, we offer an all round great experience with instruction and equipment supplied.

The Centre is located in the heart of Strathspey, just outside the forest village of Nethybridge and is about 13 miles from Aviemore. Abernethy Nethybridge is easily accessible by rail or by road, and is about 2½ - 3 hours from the centre of Edinburgh and Glasgow.

What do I need to wear?

Activity dependant - contact centre for more info. Usually old clothes and waterproofs are useful! A recommended kit list is provided after you have booked your holiday.

When can I do it?

We are open most of the year (Closed mid Nov to end Dec for maintenance.

Is there a pub nearby?

Yes - Nethybridge Hotel - 15 mins walk (Please note we have a no alcohol policy at the Centre)
