Based in the Cairngorms National Park, in Aviemore - the heart of the Scottish Highlands, we offer a wide range of activities, holidays and sports coaching.

Our friendly and professional staff, hold the highest coaching and guiding qualifications in their sports. We provide equipment, instruction and guiding in a range of sports for individuals, families and larger groups such as stag, hen, office and college parties. Multi activity breaks, team building events, wilderness expeditions from one day to multi day trips such as our guest-house based 'Spey Descent by Open Canoe'.

We run whitewater rafting trips on the best rafting run in Britain - the Findhorn. We also arrange accommodation for groups in purpose built chalets and excellent guest-houses offering the very best in Highland hospitality.

What we do best:

Get wet and have a wild time in one of our amazing mountain canyons.

Canyoning and gorge-walking both involve sliding down fantastic rock slabs and plunging into deep pools of fresh Highland mountain water. The main difference between the two is that canyoning involves some roped and more extreme sections, like abseils and big jumps.

Gorge walking is equally fun but without the exposure and roped parts involved in canyoning. Gorge walking is a good choice for a first experience of this type of activity and is also more suitable for families and larger groups. Children over 8 years of age, welcome on gorge walking trips.
