Nae Limits is Scotland's most centrally located outdoor adventure centre, only 1½ hours drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Dundee.

Open all year round, Nae Limits offer over 13 different adventure activities including Scotland's only Sphere Mania facility, Adventure Tubes, River Bugs, Whitewater Rafting and much more besides.

This business has swiftly become one of the biggest operators in Scotland from modest beginnings in 1999 and was voted Best Business in the Tourism and Hospitality Awards 2006. Nae Limits has a reputation and enviable track record for innovation and is also a 4-star VisitScotland accredited activity centre and is AALA licensed for many activities.

No previous experience required, progressional trips available.

What we do best:

If you're keen to try getting down a sheer rock-face quickly then this is the activity for you. Instructors will brief you thoroughly on the experience, ensure you are securely harnessed and roped up and set you off on your abseil.

For some traditional abseiling methods are enough, however, for those who wish, there is also the opportunity to attempt a 'rap run'.

Rap running is abseiling; only particpants face forwards, rather than backwards. You'll be facing the ground below instead of the reassuring sight of the ropes that are keeping you safe! Physically easier but mentally a lot tougher!
